My 18th HNT & My 100th Post!!! :)

WooHoo! Can you believe it?? My 100th post!! And on a Thursday, which means HNT...how cool is that?

Before I get to the HNT, I promised Scotty that I would answer a question he posed to his readers in exchange for him participating in the 7 Songs meme. Always one to keep my promises to the best of my ability, here's the question: "Who in your life has had the most influence on you and why?

My answer? First person that came to mind was my Daddy. This man is not my biological father, but long ago earned the right to be my Daddy. I was just a year old when he and my Mom got married, and he immediately adopted me as his own. He's taught me so much over the years...he made sure I knew how to change a tire, how to change the oil in my car, how to check and fill the various fluids...anytime I had a question about something he would often grab a pencil and paper and either write things out or draw me diagrams of how something worked. (I particularly remember this happening when I asked him how gas got to the engine in a car...he drew a complete diagram and I even learned how pistons worked that day.)

My Daddy taught me the importance of staying in school. He led by example, too..he was taking college courses working on his Bachelors and then Masters degrees in Physics throughout pretty much my entire school career. I know he wishes I'd pursued more college myself, but I haven't yet...I will though! I want nothing more than to make my Daddy proud of me.

I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for him, so I definitely consider him to be the biggest influence in my life, along with my Mom. :)

Now, without further ado...I finally have a pretty bra worthy of being the subject of an HNT picture...so here is my first boobie shot! Enjoy, 'cuz no tellin' when this will happen again!
